"Our family of 5 really enjoyed this 5-night stay. The facility is as advertised, directly attached to a dock on the Indian River out the back--and directly across the street from the ocean in the front. The home seems to have been built in the past 5-10 years. It is well-maintained, nicely furnished, well-stocked (sheets, towels, soaps, beach chairs), and with high end appliances. The owner is highly communicative, and arrival was a breeze.The home about 15-20 minutes from dining and shopping. Our family considered that a very acceptable tradeoff for the tranquility of both waterfronts.We'll be back for sure in a few months."
