"This hotel was close to most locations and if not in walking distance it was easy to catch a cab or Uber from the hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our family. The breakfast was delicious and was perfect for our family. The food was fresh and well put together. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The rooms were European small which I had already expected seeing that I had traveled to Europe previously. Other reviews mentioned the small elevator in the lobby which is accurate however there is a second larger elevator right around the corner. I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking."

"On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar"

"We love our stay at the Pullman. The staff were so helpful and answered questions like where to eat around the area to booking a hair stylist. They were so accommodating. The staff were simply the best. If it’s your first time in Paris, this hotel will make you feel safe. "

"Room was comfortable, charming albeit small. Concierge and housekeeping staff friendly and excellent. Daily breakfast was also excellent; coffee always available and the best. Concierge restaurant recommendations didn't disappoint. East to access the Eiffel Tower and Arc d'triomphe on foot. Champs Ellyses a block away. Will stay there again."
