Did not get much sleep. There was a teenage party going on until 4:00 am. We tried to call the front desk 4-5 times with no answer. Went down to the desk and no one was there. The teenagers had loud music on and were slamming the door all night. The room looked like they have recently remodeled, but on a tight budget. Lobby was shut down due to construction and a very small breakfast. The price here was $30 less than a holiday inn express, which I should have gone to.

This is a Wingate property in Parkersburg WV and we have stayed at Wingates before and this was not any better than a low level hotel ! This is at best an over rated Knights Inn. I would appreciate a refund or at least a complimentary stay at another location as I live in Florida ! Sorry I know this company's Reputation is much higher than this . You may want to "PUT THIS PROPERTY " on the market !

My main complaint is the last two times I spent at this hotel I have been woken up around 3:00 am with banging doors and other guests talking loudly off and on for at least an hour. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this except to let the guests know, that come in late, to keep noise at a minimum and try not to bang doors. Its amazing to me how rude and thoughtless some guests can be.

Really enjoyed my stay. Front desk assistant was great and had a great attitude, my room was clean but there did seem to be makeup on the top blanket which could have been easily missed. Overall I was very pleased and will be staying again!

We chose the property for the hot tub, but it was closed during our stay. The room was very clean and nice, but it was noisy. We could hear other guests in the hallways and noise from room upstairs.
