Room was very basic and extra small. Breakfast was decent but they dont allow you to carry your bag, apparently for "your own safety"... Diner options really bad and basic, pizza or nuggets and both were bad. There is no name at the entrance of the hotel so a bit confusing...

Room was great, clean and comfy with plenty space. Dinner was ok, breakfast was heaving so we ended up not eating there and just headed to the parks. We had to pay for parking on exit which was €25 which we hadn’t expected/been told about - we just were told (on check in) that the ticket would let us out. Not sure if we missed a validation point etc but would have been nice to know.

The room i was in had a few problems, the wall had some matks from something, the sheets i had looked they had blood dryed and when room service had come around they had not been changed just the bed made. The window in my room dropped out the frame slightly when i tried to open it. Honesty if i go to disneyland again i will not be staying there

Never going back
I usually don’t leave comments unless the hotel is exceptional. However I felt like I need to say something with this stay. We stayed 2 night since we decided to go to Disney Paris beforw we go back home to the US. The reception staff was fairly nice and polite. On our first morning my husband and I went to the included breakfast buffet. Our 4 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son was still sleeping so just the two of us went. Here in Europe they actually check how many people are in your party before they let you in the buffet area, which is completely fine. However when we finished, I asked the lady in the entrance if I could bring a tray of food in out room for my son and daughter since my son had a really bad headache the night before. She said “of course” When my husband I I started exiting the area with one tray of food. ( like 3 pcs of croissant, 2 yogurt, 2 juices and maybe 3 piesces of cheese and some cold cuts. Only one trayful for my son and daughter. ( mind you my son 6 ft and about 200 lbs. The lady stopped us and told us “no no no you can’t do that” I told her that I asked her and she said it was completely fine and now she is stopping us in front of a line of people like we are stealing food! I’ve never felt so embarrassed my whole life. We were so pissed that I complained to the front desk. They did call the restaurant manager and said that he will meet us. He told me that it wasn’t allowed but he will make an exception! I still felt like I was being scolded.

A nice hotel situated just outside of Disneyland that has plenty of parking albeit at 15euros per 24hrs but it’s still cheaper than parking at the park plus there are 2 shuttle busses one being a bendy bus so room is plenty unless you have buggies. It was a slow check in but staff have many forms to do on their systems but all is good. The room was nice but with a couple of grips like there’s no tea making facilities in the room and the window opens fully and without no restraint so be careful that your children are safe near it. And the bath is tiny and the shower isn’t high enough in my opinion but apart from that it was clean and well maintained.
