Can you walk to the hotel? Yes. Will you want to? No! Go to the left of the hotel when facing it from the airport, three streets and turn up Aratia Cité de l’Air and go straight up! And I mean up at 90 degrees. Have more than one bag? Taxi them up, walk them down when catching a plane. Clean enough room. No frills, no service but convenient as hell!

The property is very conveniently located next to FAA'A airport - 10 to 15 mins walking distance. Make sure you do not have heavy luggage if you gonna walk it. The surrounding neighborhood is not the best looking as some rooms do not have good views at all. But it is not by any means an unsafe neighborhood.

Stayed at the property the night before our fligh back. Very convenient location close to the airport. The family room we had was very large, airconditioned, and had everything we needed. Walkable to a grocery store and some restaurants in the area. Please note you will need a taxi to take you to the airport as the hotel is located on a very steep hill and you would need to cross a highway to get to the airport which with luggage it might be a bit difficult The front desk staff had arranged a taxi for a specific time, which was waiting for us when we checked out. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

You get what you pay for. I should have read the reviews! It's not until after I booked that I got an email saying I should take a taxi to hotel which costs $20 for like a 3 min ride. Hotel has no shuttle and walking with luggage would be difficult even though it is very close. Check in staff was friendly but hotel doesn't even offer to hold your bags if you need it. No do not disturb sign for room door, room was opened early in the morning without knocking by staff. Checkout was at 11, received a call at 10:59 asking us to leave. Bed is hard, room was hot and took ac forever to cool it down. Bathroom looks like a gym locker bathroom, you get the point lol

The best selling feature is it's proximity to the airport, which makes it extremely convenient for overnight layovers. Other than that, it's your basic airport motel. Unfortunately, even though it's close to the airport, there's really no good way to get there other than a taxi. It's an uphill walk through dark neighborhoods. Breakfast is extra and also very basic.

We stayed for 2 nights & we’re able to sleep like babies both nights. It was very quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off in the morning before we could check in & they kept them safe while we went on our forts day’s adventures. Awesome place, just wish they had a nice machine.

Loved the hotel. Although it seemed very close to the airport, it actually was not because there was no shortcut to walk straight up to the hotel. Instead you had to walk around the block then up the hill to the hotel. It was not convenient when walking with a luggage. However, very convenient when you have just an overnight bag. Although the site says luggage storage, this is not so, we had to haggle and persuade them to store our luggage for a fee.

View was horrible - have to be above 2nd floor on one side of the hotel to see water. The staff was great. Very basic room very close to airport, but not really walkable with anything other than a backpack.

This is a good location for staying on a layover between flights. Keep in mind that there is a steep uphill walk to get there from the airport. Rooms were comfortable, had AC, and adequate for a short stop. Breakfast was an expensive option, so we skipped in favor of a really good cafe that was less than ten minutes walk away.
