I always stayed in this hotel. The lady at the desk on 12/13/24 wasn't good. She was very rude checking the room on my way out, security there put a sticker in the driver that was helping me to get there. I was surprised that I was treated this way by the lady at the desk. I was a frequent customer in this place.

Good location but my room’s bathroom was very dimly lit. No table lamps and no charging points close to the bed. Kitchenette was a brilliant idea, and I used it fully. All in all, it’s a good place to stay for 40-50 a night with tonnes of dinning option at walking distance.

Areas of the property were under renovation, which were needed. Rooms not under reno weren't being maintained/serviced. Housekeeping could be better. The room was quite adequate, will be nice when it gets proper maintenance.

The hotel has balconies, very spacious rooms, and extremely cold A/C unit. The bathrooms are very large and the hotel staff (front desk a.m./p.m.) was the BEST out of all the hotels I visited while staying 9 days in Panama.

Horrible customer service! Thieves!!!

We did not stay at this hotel!!! When trying to book a room for Panama City FLORIDA, in error I booked here. I immediately noticed the error as we were no where need Panama Mexico and tried to cancel. An agent from hotels.com even called the hotel directly and they refused to refund the one night stay even though they knew we would not be staying there! Very poor customer service.
