Gorgeous Beachfront With /King Bed!

The Majestic Beach Resort is one of the best run resorts in Panama City Beach, and it shows! I spent 25 years here full-time - working, living and developing a passion for this beach and all it has to offer, before I moved back to the Pacific Northwest for family reasons. But my heart couldn't truly leave, so I have spent 6 months looking for the perfect place for me to escape. As a local I knew what to look for and I found it in Unit 2308 at the Majestic Tower 1!

Penthouse level (top floor), wide balcony with gulf front view that can't be beat (sunset on the balcony with wine?), great amenities - 5 swimming pools, hot tubs, direct beach access, beautiful well-managed condo common areas, great fitness center, movie theater, tennis courts, and location close to my favorite restaurants, bars and shops.

My studio will sleep 3, with a king size bed in the main area and a separate bunk room with 2 bunks (bunks are youth size not twin, large/tall adults will not be comfortable). Full bath with shower and full, well out-fitted kitchen that seats 4 at the bar. Washer and dryer in the unit, along with 2 beach chairs to take to the beach with you. Comfortable balcony furniture (swivel rocker bistro set and swing glider bench will have you spending hours on the balcony), large flat screen TV. I am a music lover so I hope you enjoy the Harmon Kardon wireless speakers as much as I do!

Instead of a used bedspread you will enjoy a freshly laundered duvet cover!

Be sure and review my "locals book" when you arrive – full of hints, tips and personal recommendations. I am always available to answer your questions and I have a trusted local point of contact to help you with any issues that arise during your stay.

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control.. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. $75 cancellation fee.

This little studio is perfect and the view is gorgeous! Sheila is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. It is fully stocked with anything and everything! The attention to detail is above and beyond! The bed is SO comfortable; it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The little bunk bed area was perfect for our 9 year old; he loved the books and flashlight. Softball World Series Vacation
We spent a week in PCB for the 2020 Softball World Series at the Majestic Tower I. The owner was great to work with from the beginning to end. The condo is on the 23rd floor, and the view is amazing. It’s a beautiful unit and was perfect for our family of three. We walked to several restaurants and even to Walmart. The unit is also around 10 minutes to the location for the World Series. We enjoyed our time at the beach and at the indoor pool, and we even got take out breakfast from the market in Tower I. You won’t be disappointed with this unit or the condo owner. We loved it!

Perfect Getaway
This condo offers a great scenic view of the Gulf from the top floor of the Majestic Towers Resort. The beach access from the ground floor is very easy, and it's only a short walk from the boardwalk to the ocean. Sheila was very communicative throughout the entire process and extremely easy to work with from check-in to check-out. It was a pleasure doing business with her and would highly recommend staying at one of her properties.

Such an amazing condo right in the heart of PCB! This condo looks just like the pictures... except the view is even more beautiful in person! Everything about it is absolutely stunning. Shelia thought of all the details to make this a 5 star experience! The bed is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while staying in a condo. Best Condo I've Stayed In At PCB EVER!
Sheila's condo is so, so beautiful! The pictures online do not do justice! Everything was spotless when we got there! She gave clear instructions for a smooth check-in, and she also communicated with us directly by phone. Shelia had literally any & everything you could possibly need for your vacation aside from food. She even surprised us with chocolates & a bottle of chardonnay. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, even beats ours at home! The condo was very cozy, made you feel like home. The view was AMAZING! We definitely could not have been more pleased. This room by far was the best I’ve ever stayed in when it comes to condos in Panama City Beach. The room was VERY clean and was fully stocked with all kitchen and bathroom necessities and also included two rental chairs out front on the beach. The only thing we had to purchase was groceries for our length of stay and we were set. Parking was easy and elevators were quick, even to the top 23rd floor where this room was located. Sheila was very responsive to text messages and emails and was free to answer any questions we had. Very Highly recommended to couples or any others interested.

This was a perfect place for a couple. We celebrated our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! I would tell anyone to stay here! The view here is perfect! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. Access to the beach was easy as well! This place is within 10 miles of almost anything! Owner is great and will communicate with you whenever you need help or have questions. I would not change anything about this place! Everything was perfect! Stay here if you need a great and relaxing vacation!
