Stayed 4 nights and couldn't get them to clean my room. I knew it was not every day but even after reminding the front desk early in the morning it still didn't get clean. On checkout I asked the front desk to express my disappointment to the manager. Thought I would at least get a email apologizing for the oversight. Nothing,oh well just a comment

The TV was broken, TV was replaced. Washer and dryer was broken, had to go off site to wash clothes. The air unit made a lot of noise in the room. House keeping never came for the 3 days we were there, did request service but never came.

Overall the hotel needs an update or some good cleaning. The carpet in our room is rundown and needs definitely cleaning. Our bathroom light was dark coming from the mirror and toilet needed help so we have to call front desk three times for someone to come and fix it so we have to go downstairs to use it. It took more than an hour before someone came to fix it.

While everyone was very nice the hotel needs some work such as updates to include water pressure, bathrooms less than desirable. Not very ADA compliant as it relates to getting ice, opening doors and getting to restaurant. Basically, not a "restaurant. Only good for free breakfast. Went for dinner and you basically had a bar food menu. No one other than bartender working so took 1 hour to get our food after she took order because she was so busy at bar she couldn't get our food. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed.

The units themseves were not comparable to any Embassy Suites weve ever stayed in. Dirty and outdated. .bathroom faucets backwords, bathroom fan broken , heater broken old TV's 6 chanels. Definitely not worth the rating given by Expedia

Hotel needs updating. Bath tub faucet did not turn off/on easily. Very hard to move around the bathroom- barely could shut the door once inside- it was so small. Rest of room with decent space. Room was dark with not enough natural light. Was disappointed there was no balcony. Breakfast was definitely a bright pot. Omelet bar was great! Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was near pickle ball courts. Distinct sound (but thankfully muffled) of balls hitting rackets started around 7:30 each morning.

First off the staff was great. Stayed 4 nights and they forgot to clean my room, the hot water never really got hot . Maxed out it was warm. Also the heater in the room if I had it on low it was more like medium and it blew cold air. If I set it to medium it was more like low but would only heat the room to 71. I figured it out but kind of a hassle. It didn't help my wife gets cold easy

We were greeted in our room with a bug on the wall and ceiling. I was told the room selection was renovated. NOT old dated furniture. Requested housekeep service the room as instructed by the front desk. Housekeeping NEVER showed up. Had to get fresh towels from the front desk myself. Receptionist with the broken arm was not a pleasant experience and should not be interacting with guest. The area was commercialized and noise. Bartender was great.

Low score since the WiFi isn’t “free” and you have to pay for parking every night. You have to sell your data signing up to their Hilton rewards membership in exchange for a ridiculously low slow speed connection. You’ll be charged for regular speeds. The beds and sheets were comfortable but the room was outdated and not a premium experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.
