Find a Hotel in Palenstein

"I would stay at this hotel again: clean, breakfast buffet was great, enough room to sit even during busy breakfast hours, staff was very friendly, walking distance to bus stop (10 min walk), felt safe to walk even at night (FYI you will have to go up some stairs to get to the bus stop from street level), room clean and adequate size, heated bathroom floors, water pressure good, good quality beds, elevators working and fast, airport shuttle reliable. The only thing was that on our first day, we arrived early and I asked about the breakfast. The gentleman who checked us in wanted to charge us even though I said it was included. Unfortunately I couldn't pull up my booking from my phone. The other lady looked like she wanted to help him but didn't want to embarrass him? So we went somewhere else to eat. Sure enough, the next day, it was confirmed our breakfast was included and the hostess said we were on the list. The guy was friendly though so I'll give him a pass for making me spend extra for breakfast ; ). Also, we booked for 3 people and only got 2 bath towels. We asked but never got the 3rd one. All good.... used the 2 smaller towels. Not big enough to ruin our vacation. "

"Great room, very special the James room. We loved the decor and the view. It was nicely stocked with hot water maker and coffee maker. We loved the Prosecco and cookies in the room. "
