Staff , lobby and breakfast were fine. However, the room & bathroom need updating and cleaned. We had received a room that smelled like a fish fry. At checkout they asked if our room smells like fish and they tried to get rid of the smell. Tiffany apologized, made sure the room is not available and will work on it. Tiffany gave us a $25 refund towards our bill.

I last stayed at this property in 2017 after renovations. 7 years later, it was still nice but the room and shower are dated and in need of refresh. My room smelled of clorinated water the whole time and the bed wasnt as comfortable as previous.

We stayed here for a youth sporting event. It was convenient and centrally located. It was a safe, quiet, space for us to unwind and relax after busy days. The staff greeted us coming and going. We left very early on a Monday morning and breakfast was not ready yet, but the gentleman at the desk brewed us fresh coffee before we headed out. Overall nice hotel.

Nice stay- once you dig through the dirty ones…
Room was good and breakfast was decent. It took 2 rejected rooms to get ours, though. Neither of the first two rooms had been fully cleaned, with poorly made beds, partially used soaps, and uncollected trash found. The housekeeping here needs some serious improvement with consistency. The room we ended up with was clean and nice, though. We just shouldn’t have to keep going through rooms to find a good one.

Great Family Stay
We had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds comfy. Tiffany checked me in and did a great job. She was very courteous and friendly. She had great information on the area and places to dine. We will be back!

We just needed the room to get ready for an event. We had been on our feet all day & once we returned and got ready for bed It was a little hard and the pillows were tiny, so I woke up in the morning with a crooked in my neck. But otherwise staff was very polite & room was in good condition.
