Great size room in a very large hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was excellent (large with great amenities) especially for Japan. Was a distance from Osaka station but provided a bus shuttle which was convenient. Limited amenities in the immediate area. Nice pool but have to pay to use.

Not much to do within walking distance, beds smell funny, the pool is not included charge per person. Airbnb is a much better choice.

Aircon didn’t work, they wouldn’t change our room until the morning which we only had 2 hours left for checkout. Don’t recommend this for Australians, we prefer a much better service then this

Overrated hotel. All ac unit didnt work properly. Expensive and terrible buffet. They charge you for everything like the pool per day. Personell super friendly. There is no lobby. Just a counter. Need improvement.
