I was very happy and comfortable staying at this hotel. It was very easy to find, easy to park and easily accessible to my room, close to DIsney Springs and the convention center and other points of interest, had a beautiful lake viewable from my room, my room was HUGE, and THEY had a decent free breakfast every morning. Only problem was that the hot water in my room wasn't working properly. It was lukewarm at best. I told the managers and the water was hot that night when I returned, but the next day it went back to being lukewarm. Besides that, everything was great!

There was music playing 24 hours a day coming from the pool area. The elevators constantly broke down. The front desk staff was nice but the breakfast ladies were ruthless. They would not let us use the waffle maker two minutes after 9:30 AM mind you, the breakfast went until 10 AM

Worst experience ever
The room was a mass, dirty, piss and toilet paper in the toilet, I asked to change rooms and I was told no room was available. It was 8:30 pm, my 4 year old son was hungry and crying, and s I had to check out and look for another hotel. Tried to contact Hotels.com to cancel but could not talk to anyone. I NEED A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY AS I HAD TO LEAVE SOON AFTER I CHECKED IN!

We were in town for the Special Olympics. We chose this hotel because we thought it would satisfy our needs with our special needs child. Unfortunately, the experience was deplorable. The air conditioning in the hotel did not work, the breakfast was subpar, the wifi did not work, and I had to go up and down stairs several times with my special needs child because my he room key did not work. This was reprehensible!!!! The worst part was that they had signs on the hotel walls telling us of the issues. If we would have known that before I made the reservation, I wouldn’t have reserved. THIS WAS MISLEADING!!! At best, I feel we deserve a partial refund. Regardless, I feel that I have to contact my attorney regarding the mistreatment. No special needs person should have had deal with this absolutely absurd situation.

As I have used HS before and had a good experience it’s why I booked again. I had booked 3 nights but changed to 2. Whereas the room was lovely the ironing board was broken and wardrobe door came off the hinge. I reported it 3 times but nothing was done. I wasn’t aware of no room being made up with the exception of a small notice on the door which I only discovered the next afternoon! The breakfast the first morning was awful. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and disgusting. There was a shortage of bread and bagels. On both mornings I was shocked to see that the butter, cream cheese and jam were in jars with a knife in each being handled by EVERYONE!! Be aware there’s a parking charge of $26 a day which wasn’t revealed by Expedia which I booked with. The hotel is in the middle of refurb in the dining room which didn’t help. The coffee and tea and juices were in another area. Very unhappy and very unlikely to be back. I took pics but this review doesn’t allow me to attach.

We were not informed by Expedia about the kitchen situation being renovated, but according to them it’s ok having plastic plates fork etc not great and certainly not the food usually on offer , in fact it was disgusting Waited forever to check in it was very late when we arrived , and we had to walk over to the other hotel to find the receptionist Room great but not cleaned every other day Air conditioning in main lobby and around the hotel not working so it’s very hot, something else not informed about until greeted by a note on the door Pool freezing , couldn’t use and the hot tub has broken, again not informed Thanks for free parking but a need with all the things broke and kitchen situation
