10/10 for the price, room and location! We spent 4 nights here and absolutely enjoyed our stay! The Mickey waffles on the breakfast buffet was amazing and started my kids morning with the Disney Magic! Dawn at the front desk was AMAZING! The location to the parks was perfect and getting in and out of the hotel to them was a breeze! The hotel is a little dated BUT it makes up for it with price, customer service and location! My son enjoyed the pool and we ordered sushi twice from the restaurant downstairs. Definitely try the fried cheesecake!! There was PLENTY of room in the room for our family of 4 and my one year old crawled all over the beautiful laminate flooring and not once had dirty knees! The beds were comfy and the sheets pristine white! The towels were fluffy and we had more than enough! There was plenty of parking and never had to look hard for a space. We will definitely be booking here for our future Disney trips!! Breakfast buffet is included in the price and was pretty decent.

Older Hotel inside and out BUT room was clean. No bad smells in room. No rugs all laminated flooring, Bed was comfortable no bed bugs, the pull out couch was in a separate area of our room which was nice for privacy, bathroom clean, shower clean no mold or mildew and no bugs. The free Breakfast was really good. Mickey Mouse Waffles, powered eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, Danishes, assorted juices, yogurt, cereal, Folgers coffee and hot cocoa. No fresh fruit, fruit cocktail. Overall stay was one night. In town for a Christmas party. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Our stay was very comfortable! However, our stay was about 4 days and the room was not cleaned up due to our short stay, so keep that in mind when booking. We had to request more towels at the front desk. Other than that, this hotel was good for a shorter stay.

Decent for price. The building itself seems old, so there was a bit of an old carpet and smoke smell in the lobby and halls. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned though.
