Wonderful staff and property. My only complaint was the lack of information, before booking, about the water park/slides. The pool was nice but the big slode was closed for the season. Other than that, everything was amazing.

The hotel property was great. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the property, but once we found it we were good. There were signs posted everywhere to remove all valuables from vehicle, it made the area feel very unsafe. If there is a theft problem, perhaps a security detail would be in order? There were very few dining options nearby.
