We loved staying here! Was a gorgeous view from our room and even got to see some whales! Rooms are very sound proof and bed was nice. I understand the hotel is steps away from the salty ocean but there was rust especially on the sliding window frame, no big deal. The room was slightly small and fridge was turned on low so our drinks were kind of warm. Got that fixed before dinner and we enjoyed our drinks by the fire. The view was definitely worth the price, but if you're not in shape or young, the trail/steps is like a stairmaster. Altogether best hotel we've stayed at in a long time! Already planning another trip!

Absolutely perfect!
The view from our room was lovely, and a short walk to the beach. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel had so many wonderful personal touches to make our stay memorable. We had dinner at Georgie’s restaurant. Charlee was our server she was absolutely fabulous. We will definitely be celebrating with the Hallmark in Newport again soon!

We love Hallmark Inn @ Newport Oregon we stay once a year to celebrate a special occasion weather it's for a Birthday or Anniversary this is a nice place to stay :)

We loved the resort. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. I'll have to look at returning again in the future. The oceanview balcony was beautiful. And being on the top floor was also great. Loved the entire place.

This was the best experience with a hotel I’ve had in a while. It was our anniversary and they left a bottle of champagne, hand written note and a message in a bottle. The staff was so friendly. Unfortunately at the time we were there the TV service was not working but they had a huge library of movies.

Love the fact it is just right on the ocean. Beautiful views. Rooms are starting to get a little need of good cleaning. Chairs and couch had stains on them. Toilet paper roller in bathroom was hanging off wall. These are just little things but left unchecked end up spoiling a room. Offered a complimentary food gift upon arrival in room. Very nice touch.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. Views are fulfilling. Property is a tad dated, but that was not bothersome at all. Restaurant next door is very fine in every way. Much better than I expected.
