We always choose holiday inn in Ontario when traveling. It’s more expensive but compared to the other hotels it’s safer and cleaner. Their breakfast has a variety of choices. The front desk has amenities such as name brand shaving cream, deodorant and toothpaste. The staff are generally friendly especially the lady who runs the breakfast. That woman makes waking up pleasant. The rooms are fairly clean.

It was quiet and clean. The staff was kind and helpful when we needed to extend our stay last minute. Multiple options for breakfast. The only problems I had was the quality of the mattress and pillows for $200 a night.

Check out is at 12pm however, the house keeper knocked at my door at 9am. I told her to go away but she knocked again. Again I told her to leave. The lady then opened my door and entered my room. I asked what her problem was she said they have to check the room to see if I had checked out. I told her I told her to go away and she said she still has to enter. I get getting a jump start on cleaning rooms but I did not feel safe.

I looked up to make sure they were pet friendly.. it said it was for Cats and Dogs!... However, when we arrived they refused us because we had a cat. I fully paid for this room! Get it together. Its hard enough traveling for hours. . Looking these hotels up... making sure everything is right and then to get turned away because they lied on their ABOUT profile! You've lost our business Holiday Inn. Never again!

The room fan kept shutting off inspite of our setting it to run constantly. I know that setting is often overriden by hotel management, but we could have used the white noise. Also the alarm clock was set to 24 hour time and was several hours slow even after we set it to the correct time. Other than that, a good stay.

The pictures showed the room I booked having 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We were traveling as a family and we’re trying to make it so the kid that was sick don’t have to sleep with someone else. After checking in we found the room didn’t have the couch and were told we couldn’t get a roll away bed either. We made it work, but it was a little frustrating
