"Pretty good hotel for the price"

"The Clyde is a beautiful hotel in downtown and is close to public transportation. The shuttle to Sawmill unfortunately only runs from 4-7 each day so you either have to drive or take public transportation. The train to Santa Fe was very clean and comfortable but we didn’t feel safe to ride the free city buses in the evening due to the number of homeless with clear mental health issues around the area and bus stops. We had a car but were never able to get out of the garage connected to the hotel using our key - security had to get us out our final day as it wouldn’t take our Amex either to pay to get out even though we paid $22/day for parking. The hotel restaurant is open until 2 and is very good. The bar takes over at night and can say the Prime Rib French dip and their apple pie were some of the best I’ve ever had. Lush Cafe is an also a must for those looking for early morning coffee and a great breakfast just three blocks down from the hotel. I would stay again, but better plan for my visit to Sawmill to align with the shuttle times as that was the one place we never went. "

"Charming old hotel that is updated in the quaint neighborhood of Old Town Albuquerque. Plenty of services on site & so much within walking distance. Very clean & roomy. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This Hotel is a gem!; 6 minutes to old town walk. Room are elegantly designed in southwest motive. For the money I rather in this place when in ABQ than in a non descript chain hotel. Very quiet area."
