The Mayo brothers would be appalled and think they
Front desk confirmed our extended stay due to flight delays for tornadoes but then change their mind unprofessional service and we were supposed to get food and drinks for 14 dollars per night and I lost it because of it I was rushed out Due to miscommunication and lack of response to my email, I felt like I was treated poorly and I demand compensation.

Older hotel with no restaurant.
Firstly , we booked this hotel due to the art deco vibe. But were disappointed. Took 3 calls to get room turned after coming back to the room at 5 pm. There were renovations going on that started drilling and banging above us at 7 am. We paid to sleep not lie awake Reception knew nothing about it. I think they could do a lot better and not solely rely on corporate parties. !!! Shame.

The staff was over all the worst. Very unkind and rude. The over-night staff specifically would not let me check in because you have to be 21 and over and I’m currently 19. That is fine however online they gave no word of this when I first booked my room and paid for everything. It said only 18 and up.They left us stranded looking for somewhere to go and someone to help. Luckily I have loving parents who came to help me out but what if I was out of town? This inconvenience was really unacceptable they even went as far as attempting to book another room in a cheaper hotel. I feel as if this was racially motivated they were very argumentative and combative with us for no reason at all. All and all this experience was terrible and a horrible representation of your establishment.

We were so excited to stay here but left pretty disappointed. We booked a suite and I have to say it was definitely dated. I’m not sure how it can be rated a 4 star with the limited room service ( no room service till 11am). No mini bar in room. Loud/old AC. Shower sprayed me in the face the whole time. Nothing was open when we arrived so I can’t really comment on the service.

The room and overall ambiance was incredible. The hotel had a very cute coffee shop and the rooftop bar with great views and service. I was surprised that the ONLY parking available was a 30$ a night vallet. I did luck out on finding nearby street parking but carrying our luggae down the street was less then ideal.
