I stayed at this hotel and was incredibly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property that made my stay uncomfortable. The WiFi, which was advertised as a convenient amenity, was practically unusable—slow, unreliable, and constantly disconnecting, making it impossible to get any work done or even stream basic content.
To top it off, the customer service was suboptimal. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the concerns I had and didn’t go out of their way to accommodate or make me feel welcome. It was clear they weren’t willing to provide the level of service you’d expect from a quality hotel. The only positive thing about this was the price. Quality seems to correlate with the price point. If you’re looking for comfort, reliable internet, or good service, I’d strongly advise staying elsewhere.
