"The hotel itself is beautifully built. The staff at check in was very friendly. I did not appreciate having to walk back up to my room to get my ID solely to pick up dinner i ordered from the Asian restaurant. I was unaware the Asian restaurant was in the rear of the casino. It is not within proximity of all the other restaurants. That was pretty irritating. The worst part about the hotel is how uncomfortable the beds are. The beds are very firm. Like VERY firm. Firm enough that as a side sleeper, my hip bones were sore. The best part of the room is the shower. It takes a bit for the hot water to come through, but once it does, it is nice and hot. I absolutely love the rain fall shower head. Plus, the shower is nice and roomy. The hotel has a nice array of restaurants but they are not all open on the same days, which was too bad. I really wanted tl try the steakhouse. "

"Rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Staff was great and available. I would stay again. Only thing I asked for room service for the second day and it was never done when I got back to the hotel. Great food and dining area was big. We enjoyed our time. 5 stars"
