Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in North Andover - the perfect place for families or groups seeking ultimate comfort and convenience! With its modern design and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at home in this space.
This 1st floor apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking up a storm, as well as spacious bedrooms with two queen beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Relax in the stylish living room, complete with a SmartTV and high-speed WiFi. And with the added bonus of a private balcony, coin-op washer/dryer in the basement, and exterior security cameras, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and secure stay. Pets are welcome for $100 pet fee.
Street parking (free) available. Located near major highways and state routes, this apartment is just a short walk to the bus and train station, providing easy access to downtown North Andover, Andover, Lawrence and more. You'll also be just minutes from Lawrence General Hospital, Brooks, Merrimack College, Phillips Academy, and Tuscan Village, MGH and within a 33-minute drive to both Boston and NH Beaches.

We came here from Washington DC for my daughter college graduation, and we absolutely loved the place and location. Not far from bars, restaurants, or the college. Description matched reality. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The host was great with communication! Definitely would go back!

Spring break history tour
The property was very clean. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. The owner was even understanding when some dummy took the house key home with him and had to overnight it back.

Gil was the perfect host, with easy communications and prompt replies. Our family was invited to a wedding in North Andover, and finding this apartment was a lucky find for our family. We also rented the adjacent unit, so everyone could stay together. This apartment truly is a gem, with endless small thoughtful amenities scattered about the apartment that made our stay so comfortable. Three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with extra snacks, salt/pepper, coffee and a comfortable living room to relax in. Very organized, the drawers in the kitchen are even labeled. We easily found whatever we needed, from extra towels to salt. It is close-ish to the highway but still quiet and the street was quiet too, there was plenty of street parking as well. Overall a very comfy place to stay.

Nice stay.
My family of 6 adults stayed at this property for two nights. It is close to an interstate, small airport, and train tracks. However, with the air conditioners running, I was not disturbed by noise from those things. In other seasons this may be a problem for a guest. One thing I would caution others about is that the hot water from the tap is not just hot, it is scalding! A regulator should be placed on the faucets or the water heater thermostat should be turned down by the owner. Kitchen had adequate utensils but was laid out in an odd fashion (i.e., sink, dishwasher, and trash on one side of the area and stove/refrigerator a good distance on the opposite side.

Cozy space near the highway
The rental was cozy and the hosts were lovely, however the location was a bit unfortunate. The apartment is down the street from the expressway and I believe there is a train nearby. Therefore, there was lots of noise at night and when we tried to nap. This is also a first floor unit, and the floors are creaky. We heard almost every footstep from the unit above. Overall, the rental was nice enough.
