The property is well placed in the heart of the touristy area of Niagara Falls. The value of the accommodations is great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property is in need of some improvements. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling off and walls had scuff marks from the use of the room.

Always like staying here. It’s a great value for money budget hotel that’s within walking distance of the Falls and Clifton Hill. There are dozens of food options very close by, you’re kind of spoiled for choice really. The pool and hot tub are decent and the beds are quite comfortable with a lot of pillows which I love. Overall, it’s a great option for staying in Niagara Falls.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL This hotel is a fraud and we had a terrible experience during our stay. We will never be returning. They made us forfeit our deposit fee by claiming there was blood on the bedsheet and that the rug was dirty. Such flimsy reasons. I believe the blood was planted on one of the sheets, because we left the hotel without any damage or destruction. No proof, just plain extortion. We spent only two nights. They told a lot of lies that we later found out was a conspiracy to defraud customers. We escalated the issue to the hotel manager and also found out that he was part of the conspiracy. The hotel staff were terrible, rude and uncouth. They only put up fake smiles. They didn't show empathy and were insensitive, disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, it was a nightmare!

The property although older is well maintained and clean. Great having the food options right at the hotel. It would have been great if the pool and hot tub area was open later than 10pm for older children and adults.

Location is great. It’s just 2 mins walk to the Clifton Hill. However it’s not a good choice for family with kids because it’s very noisy on the street over night and my family couldn’t sleep. Also the housekeeper was too busy I guess - after getting into the room, we noticed used tissues on the floor and used towel hanging in the bathroom. And there was no toilet paper and body wash… The front desk was helpful and quickly sent somebody to resolve.

Stayed here for Four nights. Really nice hotel. Walkable to Clifton Hills and all the restaurants and entertainment there . Much cheaper than hotels down by The Falls. We had a great time!

Hotel was conveniently located in the centre of Niagara. Check in wasn’t very friendly. Rooms were musty. Pool was cloudy and in need of repairs. Tv did not work. Looked like they glued the remote shut. A/C unit in one of the rooms work but the other didn’t.
