The property is well placed in the heart of the touristy area of Niagara Falls. The value of the accommodations is great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property is in need of some improvements. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling off and walls had scuff marks from the use of the room.

Overall great stay, location is great! Conveniently close to attractions. Staff were great. Just a 4 star rating because needs more TLC. Rooms had dents and marks on walls and curtain had stain. Bed was comfy and view was great of the strip.

Staff were great, from front of desk to cleaners. Easy parking, 24 hour dennys in parking lot, only a few minutes walk to Clifton Hill, clean modern 70's themed room (bed was a little harder than a plush top we are used to) indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub on the inside part was fun! Will be back
