Convenient location. Rooms were marginally clean but could definitely use a deep clean and maybe updating. NO air conditioning or fans, NO coffee of any kind. Beds were comfortable and the one staff member we saw was polite and helpful.

Good location, you do need a car to access Newport itself. There is a RV parking facility surrounding the hotel, and the fireplaces in each room do not work. Otherwise it was a great, clean place to stay.

Quick trip to Newport from Redding
Room was very clean but the furniture is very outdated and shows lots of wear. We really enjoyed the hot tub! And love that we could bring our pet babies.

My room was on the west side of motel, which was directly beside the bridge. Because of the warm weather and lack of AC in this motel, the window needed to be open -- which allowed even greater road noise into the room. Otherwise, it was a basic Motel 6; fairly priced, conveniently located, with helpful staff, and limited amenities.

It was fair the rooms didn't have air-conditioning the staff didn't get up tell 7:30 there wasn't any coffee parking really tight so we had to go into town to get coffee. The hotel was clean staff friendly and helpful .so for the cost it was ok.

The parking lot is very small, not enough parking spots for as many rooms as the motel has, so there is a field across the street you can park with the homeless vehicles. When you open your back slider or window the “view” from the rooms is a parking lot full of camper trailers 50 feet from you, so you hear that all day and night. There is no a/c or fan in the rooms, the air is hot, stagnant and the room smells terrible. There is only one drink vending machine and it was broken, the snack vending machine is so old it accepts cash only. The front desk was selling bottled beverages… cash only. They also serve coffee with sugar and powdered creamer… The towels in the room are small, thin and scratchy. They only give you one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper.

It was quite but our room had door damage where someone clearly has broke in before . The security latch was not secure and screws coming out and no shampoos . For 200 Bucks it should come with things like that

Absolutely terrible place. 1.no air-conditioning in entire building 2. rv park literally right outside my window, banging and yelling all night 3. Microwave ran when you opened door. 4. bug bites We got no sleep and had to drive back to Washingtonthe next morning. Would definitely like a refund.

Thanks. It did the job. Nice, quiet and clean. Room had fridge and microwave. No iron or blow dryer. Cleaning ladies were nice. No air conditioning either, but staff lent us a fan. Would likely stay there again.
