I had a prepaid reservation with a confirmation number. When I showed up at the property, I was told my reservation was cancelled. I asked who cancelled it and the hotel informed me that travelocity cancelled my reservation. After speaking with travelocity it was the hotel who cancelled my reservation. The hotel never called or emailed me that my reservation was cancelled. They apparently over booked the hotel. The hotel left me homeless for the night. I spoke with the hotel manager today and he said he would email me an apology letter. Hopefully they do. NO ONE SHOULD BE DENIED A ROOM IF IT IS PREPAID AND THEY HAVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I book hotel rooms every single week for work. I am well versed in checking in and checking out. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Be cautious booking here, they may randomly cancel your reservation and leave you homeless like they did to me. The front desk was zero help she basically told me I was S.O.L.

The room was great in size for a family of 5 (2 Queens and pull out sofa). I had a nice view of the mountains and the freeway. Location is near many strip malls, restaurants, stores. The staff was great. They were low staff, so no bartender available, therefore no bar/alcohol available downstairs. They have some snacks & beverages for purchase at the lobby. The continental breakfast was good, not amazing. The air conditioner worked well and efficiently, and was very quiet. The shower was a great standing shower, it was huge, with a nice glass door (I chose a NOT Accessible room) My only complaint is that although there were written notices that say housekeeping is required to enter the room once every 24hours, Housekeeping never came, not once, during a 4 night stay. There were 3 towels and we were a family of 5 and I decided not to request more, because of the adamant notices that housekeeping is required to come into the room once a day. My trash was also overflowing because I kept having hope that they would show up the next day. Nope. Overall I would stay here again. It’s a great hotel.

Very good hotel except for 2 things. First, you can hear the footsteps of the people on the floor above you. Not good when you want to sleep. Second, the window in my room did not have curtains to block out the sun when I needed to sleep more in the morning. Only shades which do not block out the sun.

The property is so nice and comfortable and convenient. The parking is great for both normal and electric car. Especially yummy breakfast including in the booking, value for the money.

First, positives: spacious room, non-carpeted floors (cleaner), staff doing their best considering the obvious short staffing, breakfast was good, ok indoor pool. Spent two nights there. As soon as we went into the room (accessible 315), family member took a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water which was blamed on us asking for accessible and were told it is normal. We had accessible rooms in the past and never experienced this issue. Water would run into the side away from the drainage hole, creating a large water puddle which was very unsafe. When I brought it up to hotel staff, they recommended using towels to dry the water. We were 4 people and stayed two nights, spent quite a bit of time drying the floor after every shower to ensure the floor was dry and no towels on the floor to trip on. Another issue was an on and off buzzing sound near the window coming from the electrical window covering. When brought up to the staff, they sent someone there while we were not in the room, we were told it was fixed, then as soon as we went back, it started all over. We had to call and discuss this issue several times, showed them videos of the sound, before the manager came up and unplugged the outlets. Most lobby chairs were stained with food. No towels in the pool unless you ask. I asked for coffee for the room since it was not restocked. was told they were out of regular coffee, only had decaf..... Disappointing, not relaxing stay.
