Booked hotel because of the reviews about the hotel views but unfortunately my view was just of the next building. I took a shower and when I got out the bathroom floor was flooded with water. Obviously there is an open space between the closed shower glass door that doesn’t seal completely. The restaurant on the second floor has “Grade Pending” for their health inspection grade. Will not book again.

I always stay here. Staff is phenomenal. The service as well. They have accommodated me arriving very late as well as needing to check out later than planned. The rooms are very spacious are huge and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay.
This was a LOVELY hotel with great service and amenities. It was super refreshing to stay somewhere where the processes and everything in the hotel just worked without a problem. The bed just swallowed you and the bedding was the softest. The bathroom was palatial and perfect with a super powerful shower and big bath. The pool was incredible and had a great atmosphere. The only single criticism was the challenge in getting a pool side bather. Some were empty but had issued to people who seemed to have left for a number of hours to then return later. Refining this process would make it the perfect stay. It was one of the best priced hotels with a pool in New York that didn’t have a roof top bar club or ridiculous opening hours. Loved this hotel and would entirely stay again.
