The staff here are absolutely amazing! Roger at the door made our stay so welcoming. The Roxy is swanky and fun, and I loved the old school feel to the hotel. That said, there were a few things that made this stay feel average to me - specifically because of the money I spent on this booking. 1. The bed. The bed was not that comfortable and the sheets felt cheap. The duvet was not plush. Again, doable, but given the money spent on the booking, I expected more. 2. Attention to asks. You had to call up for many things, and we called up for ice and wine glasses and never received them. After waiting an hour, we gave up. Overall, this hotel was fun to stay at, but the bed was uncomfortable and after a long day of shopping and walking around the city - this matters! 3/5 stars from me, but Roger was truly a gem and he deserves a raise!!!!!

The Roxy has a great vibe and atmosphere. The bar and restaurant are fun but not too loud. Since we were going to a couple of Broadway plays, the location was a little inconvenient but probably would’ve been better had the weather not been rainy and chilly. Our room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in - dusty and the floors weren’t clean - but the daily service was good. I would recommend staying here.
