Early checkins are subject to a $29/hour early checkin fee. Early checkins are only given with prior authorization by host.
There is a $250 penalty for smoking in the unit.
If you are staying 7 days or more, I require a midstay cleaning of $150 to ensure the integrity of the home and linens/towels.
Bookings for this listing are restricted to individuals who are 25 years of age or older.
