I recently stayed at this hotel for an important business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. On my first day, I urgently needed internet access for a critical Zoom meeting, but the hotel’s network was completely unreliable. On my final day, I encountered another issue when the TV in my room wouldn’t work. I called the front desk several times, even requesting to speak with a manager, but my request was ignored. The customer service and front desk staff were unresponsive and dismissive, leaving me feeling as though my concerns didn’t matter. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness made my stay incredibly frustrating, especially for someone relying on basic amenities to work effectively. I expected much more in terms of service and support and, unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone who values attentive service.

Beautifully built hotel. The lobby is marvelous. The rooms are spacious for NY standards and just a 10 mins walk to Grand Central which will lead to any subway stations.

The balcony was rather small and there was no seating, but the views were great!! The onsite convenience shop (to get snacks, a drink, and general items like sunscreen) was a fantastic touch!! The staff were incredibly lovely and very accommodating. Great walking distance to the pier, and great location to get taxis or Ubers. We really enjoyed our stay.

The view from our room was incredible but the staff was not friendly nor helpful. You get a $35 credit for their restaurants but the restaurant staff would not wait on you. The front desk personnel was very rude at checkin and spoke so fast when handing us our keys and when I asked her to repeat she spoke just as fast so we had to read between the lines. Customer services are lacking in this hotel but we had a beautiful view out our 37th floor window. A little far off the beaten path from subway and main attractions but overall not a bad stay.

2-3 of the reception staff were completely miserable aholes... the others were absolutely delightful. There were a few issues with the keys, and we were moved for last couple nights because of a light that couldn't be fixed after 3 attempts. Most of the rest of the hotel staff were very good... it was only those 2-3 at reception that really have no business interacting with people - they were really awful. Paid way too much for our rooms to be treated with such disrespect by miserable nasty reception.

The views from this place were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. You’re close enough to the hustle and bustle but not too close so you can enjoy the city!!!

Hotel is a bit worn, in public spaces. There are no ice machines on floors so have to go to the restaurant/bar to get a cup of ice. Room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Felt very safe as the hotel is within the UN complex and there is extra security. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was very welcoming.
