Good hotel overall. We initially didn’t think so when we came in at the same time as hundreds of others it seemed but it cleared out. The elevators are slow and a little complicated at first. They need a bigger lobby or don’t host thousands of people with nowhere to go, they did hold our luggage and we appreciated that. The in room amenities are great as far as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The coffee make and coffee will get you through maybe if you like basic.

I am glad I did not make my decision about this property based on some of the past reviews. My experience at this hotel was wonderful! Great location I did not have an issue with the elevators. The wait for the elevators was normal if you take into account the number of floors that this hotel has. As for the rooms, they were very clean and comfortable. Smaller than usual rooms, but nothing that was not manageable. I particularly like the fact that they will store your luggage for you after checkout so you can go and tour the city one last time before leaving .Very good location ,minutes from Times Square and Madison Avenue. Will definitely stay here again The next time I am in NY
