This hotel was only a block or two away from the show we saw. It was easy to find, close to public transportation, and everything we needed. However, the a/c unit would turn on for about 10 seconds, off for about 5 seconds, then on again all night long. There was no way to turn it off and changing the temperature didn’t help. It was really loud and made it so that I didn’t really sleep. So maybe check that when you first get into your room. When I mentioned it at checkout they said, “oh yeah, that’s been an issue.”

Location was fine but everything else was ugh. Rooms are very small almost just enough space to fit the beds. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok. This hotel doesn’t accept cash. And they require $100 hold plus the cost of the room upfront.

Perfect location - literally steps away from Times Square. Be prepared for some noise and lights from the Square at night, but over all, perfect.

The staff and cleanliness are great. The breakfast is really good. The rooftop bar is also. The main problems were that the elevators take forever to ride up and down, especially during busy times. The room is small but clean. Beds are decent at best. And the room thermostat does not work. Room was very hot. Would not stay here again due to these issues.
