Pool was closed due to renovation. The cuck chair in the corner of the room was filthy. No Kleenex and fridge was very loud. Breakfast was okay. Service was good parking and location was easy and convenient.

Not worth it with all the inconveniences
This hotel was booked well in advance prior to an event. I was never alerted via text, email or in anyway that the pool was shut down and would not be working and even the elevator had ceased to function. When I arrived, they told me that the elevator was broken, I requested a room on the bottom floor since someone in my party had recently had hip surgery and stairs would be difficult, however, we were told that there were none available. We ended up on the 2nd floor and just had to make it work. We had a lot of baggage due to the event we were attending, and it took us several trips up and down the stairs to get everything up to our room. The whole situation was made even worse and creepier by the fact that the front desk attendant somehow felt the need to assist me to my room without me asking. He suddenly appeared behind me while I was trying to get in our room, he then opened my door, and preceded to walk into my room and stood there watching as I walked past him to put the bags on the bed. He did not say anything or leave until I said thank you and stared at him for a moment. With 2 women only in our room this was beyond creepy and very much not okay. Thankfully we knew plenty of others staying there, told them, piled all of our bags near the door and felt a bit safer but not totally. Overall the room was clean and comfortable but the other inconveniences did not make it worth our money at all. We will not be back!

The front desk guy did not tell us what time breakfast was served. Our room was on the second floor, but the elevator was not operating; it seemed to be a problem for quite a while. The pool was undergoing maintenance. The fan in our bathroom was not working. The room itself seemed clean and the sheets didn’t have the typical “funky smell,” which was a nice surprise. The towels were typical hotel towels; thin and funky smelling. The shower was extremely difficult to turn on: it seemed as if someone turned it off really hard and hubby had to get it for me. There was a used washcloth hanging from the shower head. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a movie channel you didn’t have to pay for to see a movie. We do not plan on staying here again in the future. There are nicer hotels with the same amenities that actually work (elevator, fan, shower, pool).

This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had and we travel frequently. The following was broken or out of order: the elevator, the pool, TV in fitness center, phones in room and fitness center, clock in our room, light bulb in our room. In addition, there was a very bad smell throughout the hotel that only eased when another guest opened the hall windows. The front entrance, lobby and stairwells were dirty, had trash and stains that were never cleaned during our stay. Finally, the breakfast was very limited and extremely unhealthy; the eggs were rubbery, the biscuits rock hard, there were only two kinds of cheap cereal (rice crispies and coco puffs) and the yogurt was extremely high in sugar. I would never stay here again unless there was a complete makeover with new management and personnel. With everything wrong, we felt like we’re were robbed and deserve compensation for our entire two day stay.
