Our beautiful travel trailer can come to you! You pick the location and we will deliver and set everything up for your enjoyment! Or join us in Canyon Lake, TX at the most beautiful, crystal clear lake in Texas! At 40 feet long, you will have lots of room to enjoy your vacay or long-term stay. One king bed room and one queen bedroom on opposite ends of the travel trailer, both with their own separate full bath with large walk-in showers! Great Privacy!! Sleeps six very comfortably with two sleeping on the sleeper loveseat. Plenty of storage and built-ins in both bedrooms as well as the living/kitchen area. Washer and dryer, Television, Satellite TV, Full size residential refrigerator, stainless appliances, two air-conditioners, propane gas heat/water heater/oven/cooktop, outdoor shower, power awning, two entrance doors, cool LED lighting. Internet with added fee! Your rental comes with full tanks of fresh water and propane, and all gear necessary to make connections at campgrounds. Portable septic tank available upon request for a fee and recommended for long-term stays. All campground fees, water and propane refills, and damage to the trailer are the responsibility of the tenant. Landlord must be notified immediately of any damage or service needs.

We thoroughly inspect, clean and disinfect between each rental to ensure the safety and health of our guests.

This baby is BIG so you will need to reserve a campground spot that is long enough for a 40' trailer and let us know where to bring it. Pricing listed is base price. Location, duration and term are subject to custom pricing.
