We loved how friendly everyone working here is, and the room had everything we expected and more, but the pillows were the comfiest and the room looked dirty and there were even bloody stains on some furniture and carpet.

We only stayed for o e night, but hotel is clean and staff were most friendly. Excellently positioned on the river walk and connected to other amaze ties through a sky walk. Room was good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable Parking is a little tricky. Make sure you use gps to find the entrance

Room not very clean. Food spatters on the kitchen walls. Stovetop in bad shape. Stained couch, stained comforter and one hand towel looked like it had blood stains on it. Water never got hot in the shower, not even lukewarm. Reported to the front desk. Breakfast pretty good, staff friendly. Felt safe. Underground parking is $30 per night. Park in the Gimbles lot one block away for $16/night or $32/week. Probably won’t stay here again as it just isn’t worth the nightly rate.
