We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. We brought our dog and our room was on the ground floor. We were worried about noise because the atrium was right outside our door. There were no noise problems at all. It was so convenient to walk our dog in and out. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, omelet station, fresh fruit,etc. Room was clean and very comfortable. Couldn't be happier.

We enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty of room in the suites. The bathrooms in the suites could use a deep clean. If you call down for things there’s a 50/50 chance it will be brought to your room. The staff is always friendly. The pool and gym are nice and enjoyable. We love the breakfast. There’s a lot of options and a station to have your eggs made how you want. It’s the main reason we stay at this hotel. It’s a great way to start the day.

The room and initial check-in was fine. Very friendly and efficient front desk. Front desk provided key cards and courtesy drink card for our stay. Placed our bags in our room and proceeded directly to the bar. We arrived at 6:36 p.m. only to be told complimentary drinks ended at 6:30. Informed the bartender that we just arrived and checked -in, only to recieve the response "sorry". Bad business in the area of customer service.

Decent but problematic
Decent, what you’d expect from an Embassy Suites. However we were moved from 2 queens to a king. Fortunately some members of crew didn’t end up coming on the trip, but we showed up to the property blind, as they did not call or offer any chance for a refund when they couldn’t accommodate our purchased room. I am familiar with third parties getting shafted when hotels overbook rooms but at the very least you should give people advance warning before reassigning their room. Hotels.com service was also lacking as they refused to refund the difference between 2 queens, which was more expensive, and a king. On the day after we booked, just as an example case, the difference was close to $50. If Hotels.com can’t guarantee room availability they should be more accommodating about refunding the difference between what you booked and what you get, or charge the same price for the different room types. You can’t charge me more for a certain room type with more capacity and actually give me a room type with less. I don’t know why it was so hard for Hotels.com staff to understand, I think it’s fair.

When we checked in and walked into our room. It smelt musty and maintenance was in the room next to us making loud banging noises. As we walked in and looked around the room it had not been cleaned well at all and there was water marks and drip marks everywhere. Crumbs and coffee stains on the counter. Debris on the floor. As well as toothpaste marks in bathroom and hair on the bathtub and bathroom floor. We did have to ask for a different room which was much cleaner and didn’t smell musty. We did go down and use the pool. Which also wasn’t the cleanest either. The water was very cloudy. The only enjoyable thing about our stay was the free breakfast offers an excellent omelette station very good.

The breakfast bar in the mornings really made the day and in the afternoons being able to have a drink at the bar with the drink tickets was icing on the cake . The beds are incredibly comfortable so much so I ordered myself pillows just like the ones in our room! Thanks Embassy!
