Easy location. Right next to sams club. Quick & smooth check in. Clean room. Very cold due to the air being on but the window was wide open. I did tell the front desk. Because anyone could just jump out. Beds were too soft. Just uncomfortable. Pillows had feathers coming out. Felt like needles sticking you in the head. Haha But overall it was quite and relaxing.

This was an below average hotel property for Holiday Inn, because you can hear guests foot steps from above floor; it just seems the hotel floors are ply wood, bot concrete as other hotels i have stayed at. Every step you take is a stomp sound: too much noise pollution due to structural building. Only way i will return is if its a free stay. If your a heavy sleeper, then its a good fit for you. Front reception staff is friendly. Thank you.

Very friendly staff, rooms could use some updates
The overall hotel was good, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but there were a few minor nitpicks. Our room was dark, for some reason, even with the lights on, the pool was cold and the entire thing could use some updating. The shower in the room was excellent, and the jacuzzi tub was a major hit! The location was excellent, and the amount of space in our suite was very welcome as we stayed a week. Overall, 4-4.5/5

Room was clean. 1st room we were booked into the tv and phone didn’t work. Was upgraded to a suite. Room was also clean and comfortable! Didn’t use our membership so had people above us (kids played soccer…didn’t complain! So can’t complain now! We were kids once also but our parents wouldn’t allow that!) Pool water was cold! Floated maybe 5 min at most! But it didn’t smell like chlorine so it was clean!
