Pacific Sands Resort # 21 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Pacific Sands Resort #21 has wonderful views from this light and airy second floor oceanfront condo! Recently furnished with brand new furniture, beds, and window coverings, this two bedroom, two bath condo is perfect for you party of four. Both bedrooms have queen beds while one also has an oceanfront view. The great room area has a large glass door, which opens onto the oceanfront deck, so there are plenty of areas to enjoy views of the surf and sand! A lovely blend of beach comfort, this vacation condo is decorated in shades of off-white and sandy colors to help you feel relaxed and at home! The full kitchen has all you need to cook up a vacation or a holiday meal, and with the wood burning fireplace, you can warm yourself on those cool Pacific coast evenings. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #21, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Beach Access: Walking north from the unit on Breakers Ave to Sheridan Ave turn left to the sand.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.

Property was very clean and seemed well taken care of, although it was old and dated. The view and balcony was amazing. Very disappointed in the lack of beach access. Property description stated “easy beach access”, it should say no beach access.

Fantastic place to get away from it all!
The place was exactly what we were looking for. You open the front door and the first thing you see is a fantastic ocean view. The sounds of the ocean were amazing. The unit is located in a very quiet neighborhood not lots going on which is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay there again.

Very Nice and comfortable!
#21 was upgraded and very pleasant to stay in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. As long as they have Dish network you will not get MLB games because you cannot get Root Sports. But I hear they are planning on changing it. Was a little disappointing. The main TV in the living room was a little small for my taste but I was able to get Sunday Football games. The view was fantastic!!!

Property was clean. We appreciated the comfortableness and newness of the furniture and how there was thought put into the decorating. Very nice. The ocean is only about 50 ft away. Great to sit and count the waves!! Only comment, bring your own kleenex, its not provided anywhere.

The view from the condo is amazing! You can hear & feel the waves too. Easy access to the beach. The furniture has been updated & the new couches are very comfortable! Can’t say the same about the beds unfortunately; way too soft & sags if there’s 2 of you. Kitchen is well equipped. Bath towels are pretty scratchy & thin; might bring my own next time. Will return!

Great condo right at the water.
Great space and location. Property furniture had been updated since pictures and it was a plant surprise. Drain from gutter on deck needs fixed so water isn't constantly dripping and making it wet right outside the sliding door.

Lovely location and roomy.
There was a lot of room. It's not a new modern condo but homey Was advertised as having washer dryer but did not. No laundry on site. Wood burning fireplace but no info on where to get more wood or where the garbage bins are located. Outlet by table burned out. Sink stopper in main bathroom fell apart. No manager on site. Information on Neskowin missing in visitors folder. So several minor complaints but certainly didnt ruin my vacation. Other owners on site friendly and helpful.

Weekend away
We met my daughter & son in law here for the weekend. The property was close enough to them - they live in Eugene, and PDX, we live in Las Vegas. Property is as advertised. View is beautiful, neighborhood is awesome! Suggest people cleaning empty the dishwasher for the next visitor, grill on the deck would be a great addition. Entrance directions should be clarified to state “key is in lock box on side of front door, use key in top coded lock which no longer works with code.”

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay at unit #21 at Pacific Sands Hotel very much. We sat on the balcony with a glass of wine and watched four beautiful sunsets which are the best on the Oregon Coast. The owner of this condo has upgraded many things since our last stay here. New very comfortable furniture, slept very well in the new bed, and new kitchen cooking gear. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay here.
