This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint. Everywhere is super clean and the staff go out of their way to help. The reception staff and the ladies that serve the food by the pool are amazing, thank you to them for making our stay special. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in a long time! Super clean, quiet, respectful staff, all the above! Jose Padilla from front desk was very welcoming and helpful! This hotel is walking distance from everything, the poolside on the rooftop is also a plus. Overall really loved my stay here and will come back.

Great hotel centrally located on plaza Cavana but very quiet. We had a room at the back with a Juliette balcony which overlooked another street yet could still sleep with the window opened. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and I could find nothing negative to say about this hotel other than I didn’t stay long enough!! Will definitely return.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location--super convenient to several beaches and plazas with dining. Roof area with pool and bar very nice, views off to the ocean. Staff were very helpful and courteous, A for them. Only complaint--they have parking in the building, but what a pain. Good luck finding it, as Google won't get you there. And you have to go the wrong way down a one-way street a short distance. And a staff member has to help you get in there. They should help by telling you some of this info. Next time I'd just park in the public lot a 5-minute walk away, much easier.
