The Cottage:
• Cozy cottage with three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, sleeps up to six guests. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the third bedroom is upstairs in the loft.
• Practice your golf skills with our newly added putting greens located on the three-season porch and the front deck.
• Spacious living space featuring an electric fireplace and 55-inch smart TV.
• Coffee Bar: Enjoy 4 brewing methods: Keurig, classic drip, French press, and pour-over. We also provide an electric kettle, a selection of teas, and seasonal coffee blends, along with creamers and syrups to customize your perfect cup!

PLEASE NOTE:
Exterior Security Camera + Motion Lights: There are motion detector lights and a camera installed on the garage. Upon arrival at night, the motion lights will activate aiding in visibility while unloading.

Security Deposit + Rental Agreement - After making your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our management system, Owner Rez. Completing both of these items is required, and will confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; nothing will be charged unless damage occurs. This hold will be scheduled two days before check-in and auto-released five days after check-out.
