The room was "damp" - like the carpets were wet & the whole room was humid (room 104). The staff was amazing though when my granddaughter got sick during the night & needed new bedding

Very nice hotel. I needed to sleep as 4am airport check in was important. The room above me had a person in it that heavily pased back and forth all night long causing me to get no sleep. Sad no sound proofing.

The front desk ladies were very nice. The motel was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The only thing I might mention is the wall by the shower had Sheetrock that was broken. But it was a nice motel.

Initial check in room hadn’t been cleaned. Moved us to the room Nextdoor. However the clerk didn’t adjust that, Checked out the room to someone else in the night - woke up at 2:00 am to someone trying to get in the room - it worked out ok and we’ll stay with Best Western again - it was just an isolated incident . However 🤔 I left my nightgown in the room and to get it back would have cost more than the value

Last night of our stay a gentleman behind the counter was rude to my fiancee. Accusing him of being homeless and not really having a room there. He showed him his id and room key the gentleman didn't care and told my fiance to get out. Friendlyness is not that guys strong suit to paying customers. The lady that we had the first night was awesome and kind but the last person's impression speaks volume to character. We won't be back.
