This is an eco-terrorist hotel! Airco is desactivated intentionally, in the bathroom only a big shampoo bottle, no mini bar, not even a bottle of water (you can buy one at the bar sir, for the price of 3€ for 50cl), no coffee machine in the room, in the hall behind the lift you can read the message : please prefer the stairs ... Where does this happen? In Baqueira sir, the top location for skiing in Spain!!!

Generally excellent except for evening meals
Almost everything about the hotel was excellent; Staff - genuinely friendly. Big shout out to Carlos, the courtesy shuttle driver. Location relative to ski slopes Room Ski lockers The only source of disappointment was the evening meals. Generally the main course(s) offered were adequate, though sometimes on the smaller size. Last night however, the meal arrived cold. This leads me to believe that the meals are pre-prepared and then microwaved for serving which is not what I would expect. Also, the main restaurant does not serve coffee for dinner/after dinner - one is expected to go to the bar and pay for this.

Como siempre, un lugar magnifico para desconectar. Las habitaciones y el spa nos encanta. A mejorar, podrian incluir un cartelito marcando los alergenos de cada plato para no tener que preguntarlo. Aunque no hemos tenido ningun problema gracias a la atención del personal. Volveremos.

Poca variedad en desayuno y cena. El hotel no dispone de istalacion de aire acondicionado y en verano es insoporteble dormir por el calor incluso con la centana abierta. Cojimos 1 habitacion cuadruple (2adultos 2niños) y era bastante grande, pero hacia mucho calor dentro.

Un excellent séjour d'été
Un excellent séjour, confortable et calme. Très bonne restauration même si ce n'étaient que des buffets, variés et changeant tous les jours, avec un service aimable, attentionné. Un petit regret le grand salon dit "piano-bar" était bien ouvert mais sans bar ni pianiste. Très appréciable aussi la proposition de promenades - découvertes de la vallée avec de la moyenne montagne accompagnées par un guide.

El personal amable, habitaciones del hotel reformados, instalaciones nuevos, pero muy muy pequeños! Falta el aire acondicionado, hace mucho calor en el verano. El bufet era de poca variedad. La piscina estaba muy bien hemos disfrutado en el aire libre!

Pour un séjour au calme, en moyenne montagne
Un d'été au sein d'une station de ski... il pourrait y avoir de quoi être inquiet ! En fait le lieu est extrêmement agréable, la vue sur la vallée côté piscine est très belle, le calme est impressionnant.... Les chambres rénovées sont très agréables, il ne manque qu'une ou deux chaînes en français ou anglais pour vraiment profiter du grand écran... Le service est particulièrement efficace, attentionné. Que ce soit à l'accueil ou au bar le personnel francophoneou pas est à votre écoute et de bon conseil (en particulier Nathalie, Carmen...). Le restaurant en demi-pension est très bon et capable de répondre à vos demandes particulières (raisonnables ....). Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel, tous les jours, nous ont parues très bien organisées, en tout cas notre visite du cirque de Colomers avec Ignacio était parfaite en durée, difficulté etc...

Great facilities for a winter break
We stayed right at the start of the 2021-22 ski season so the hotel was fairly empty and not all the restaurants were open. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms which were stylish and comfortable, especially the bed. Top marks for the breakfast, which included chef cooking eggs to order and plenty of choice. Even though this is just a short walk to the lifts they provide a courtesy bus every 10 mins which drops you right at the gondola. Didn't try the spa facilities but after a peek at the covered pool I'll be bringing my swimming costume on the next visit. Note that the hotel is part way through its renovation process so at least half of the bedrooms and parts of the public areas are still in the old style.
