The resort was beautiful, the room was very nice. The convenience of the waterpark and beach were fantastic. My grandkids, ages 2, 5, 8, and 10, loved it. Note: The restaurants are very expensive. Example: breakfast buffet for two adults tip/tax included, $110.00.

Expensive as any place I've ever been but to maintain the staff and upkeep it is probably fair. The resort is massive and must cost over $50,000 to $100,000 a day to maintain and staff.

Our plane had mechanical issues and our flight got cancelled with no other options to get to Nassau. Baha Mar first agreed to refund but did not end up providing refund, credit to come again, or even return my calls or messages to help. I was from 22 to 24 - My mother is 87 years old and she couldn't take a bath, the tub was too high and dangerous for her, and we could never make a coffee, the Coffee machine didn't work. I tried to make myself a coffee but the housekeeper wanted to come in at 10:00 am, and we had to leave. For the rest, we celebrated a nice birthday weekend
