I cancelled this weeks ago, before we flew. We were stuck at the Bahamas airport and thought we would need a hotel called got there reservation then got our flight rescheduled at 130 in The morning and had cancelled this room, which the operator had book ed for two weeks later then that evening.

My room was never cleaned over 3 night, despite multiple requests to change the bed linens. The staff was unfriendly particularly behind the front desk and restaurant. Only one pool was open. The restaurant service was horrifically slow. The elevators were so old and rusty. The location was good with its proximity to Junkanoo beach.

A good place to stay for a layover or overnight wait for a flight. The stay is excellent. The rooms are a little scrappy but it was quiet and reasonably clean. The safe was I operative and not bolted down. There were no security locks on the door.. it’s a bit of a walk to any restaurants. But overall not a bad experience.
