We enjoyed staying at this property. There is construction in the area, but we were there on the weekend, so things were pretty quiet. I like the security and all the other guests that we met were nice. Convenient to Broadway, it was a 4 block walk to the upper side of Broadway. We came to go to Maneet Chauhan’s restaurant, Chauhan Ale and Masala House. Dinner was excellent and because it was my birthday, they gave us champagne and a small slice of cake. It was well worth the money with large portion size and delicious food. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to it, but it is a 10 minute walk. Room was clean and bed was ok. It was a platform bed and I have back trouble, so the morning was a little rough. TV has chromecast, so it you have a streaming service that has chromecast, you are good. If not, you have no TV. Everything in the kitchen worked except some of the outlets. We had 1 for coffee so it was ok. All in all, a good place to stay in Nashville.

We didn’t have many problems. When we got there there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom. I messaged through the Sonder app and it was resolved while we were at dinner. So it was there when we got back. The only other problem was the electricity went out but it was a couple of blocks not just the building so that wasn’t a Sonder issue. It was nice and clean and great communication.

There is a lot of construction going on around the Sonder, so be ready for noise early. This is of course, no fault of the property.

The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not produce nearly enough airflow for summertime temperatures. Thermostat will not go below 68° and cannot even keep up at 72°. It was quite warm, which is not what you want when you’ve been outdoors all day in the heat.

The property itself is great! The rooms are very clean and check in is easy. The only complaint isn’t really a complaint because they can’t do anything about it but there is construction going on around the property and it’s pretty loud every day except for Sunday, but it really wasn’t an issue. I would stay at this property again, and I plan to the next time I visit Nashville. Highly recommend!

No parking available so be sure to plan to pay to park somewhere as it states in the description. The place was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Updated rooms with nice appliances and furniture. Our bed was broken but it was still comfortable. Other than the bed, no issues and it was a good stay. This is my second use of sonder and it was good just like the first, will continue to utilize them in the future.

The absolute worst
After booking here they send you a separate verification process that has you uploading tons of private info. After waiting outside for 2 hours, 3 separate calls, and 2 times of going through the verification process, I finally got the access code to get in. The bathroom door didn’t close and the maids showed 30mins before checkout and sat on the floor outside the room until we left. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free!
