Enter into a beautifully appointed foyer that steps down into a living room where a dramatic fireplace made from stones of the original Great Point lighthouse serves as the centerpiece for the open-concept first floor. An additional large family room offers a comfortable spot for movies, games and fun! There is a first floor queen bedroom with a full bath and direct access to large furnished deck with outdoor shower and all-day sun. The recently updated, fully-appointed eat in kitchen is located directly off a second large deck that is perfect for outdoor dining and includes a gas grill and outdoor dining table.

A sun-filled landing opens into three Serena & Lily designed bedrooms. A master suite with full tub and shower and cathedral ceilings also offers an office nook with a desk and computer monitor ideal for working-from-home. A queen bedroom shares a full Jack-and-Jill bath with a charming 'bunk room' complete with three matching twin beds.

The finished basement includes a recreation room outfitted with a Peleton bike, a tiled laundry room with a sink and folding area, and a queen bedroom.
