The sheets were not changed and comforter of bed was so uncomfortable. Didn't like the texture of it. There was also a a big fly inside the washroom. Odor of room was terrible too. We enjoyed the pool anyhow.

All 3 receptionists during our stay were rude and refused to accomodate to make our stay more comfortable. Zero sound proofing so the next door guests sounded like they were in our suite. Dirty dishes left for us, no hot water in the kitchen, hot tub gave me chemical burns, swimming lessons all day long in the pool as well as closures for physio so the ammenities are unaccessible. The pullout couch was like sleeping in a gravel pit, incredibly hard, lumpy, and loud any time you move. Upon checking out, the manager gave us $86.00 refunded on our $678 stay. Will not be back.

Great amenities we used the hot tub and pickleball courts. There is also a pool and games room, located on the beach. We had two dinners at the fantastic onsite restaurant.

We were given keys to an occupied room then moved to a much worse room.Hair on floor, dirty mirror. No shampoo. Headboard wobbly. Attached to another suite who had their light on all night and a barking dog.

It was a very relaxed place to stay when u have a dog and kids. Unfortunately not very clean the shower had what looked like mould growing on it. The outdoor hot tub was good for young kids had a slide. Nice to be next to the ocean.

The lady at counter was very friendly and helpful, room was new and clean ! The pub had open mic and there was some fabulous local singers , well and the view and grounds were beautiful! Definitely recommend

We recently spent four nights here. Room was very dated but adequate. What was odd was there was no housekeeping service nor were we told this was the situation. No instructions on where to put garbage or request additional towels, coffee etc
