Concierge was wonderful and made our anniversary a true celebration for us. We really had nothing planned but He sent us to the Pirate Voyage show and we loved it! He was so knowledgeable on the area for dining and other attractions. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.

I did not like the fact the AC in my room was not working properly. The front desk lady acted like I was stupid and said my AC was not working due to the balcony door being ajar. It wasn't I locked it an hour before I even called the front desk. Anyway she sent maintenance up to the room after she said wait 5 minutes then call back if the AC does not come on. I waited 10 minutes then called back. The maintenance guy came in reset the breakers and said if it happens again this is how we should resolve the issue. It happened again the next day so for a day and a half I was in a room that did not get down to a comfortable temp for me. So I just cracked the balcony sliding door. I am sure it was just something going on in my unit only but with a day left on my getaway I just made the beat of it.

Hotel was clean and convenient to stores restaurants and is beach front People were friendly and helpful Cleaning and replenishment staff are a little under staffed so things are behind schedule We needed to call or go get things needed for our room , not ideal when you’re paying for this service Reception mgr did make it right for our inconvenience

A view that never gets old. Perfect for a short or long stay with your pup. Clean room, outdoor potty area with doggy bags. Not everyone picks up their dog waste so probably need cameras out there. Cute restaurant with pretty decent food and drinks. Good service. Rooms are large enough to entertain your dog in on cold days. Beautiful beach front and easy access. Great looking pool but didn’t use. Nice kitchette, large shower. Make sure you are not overcharged for the $150 pet fee. $300 damage deposit.

Hotels itself is very nice, and rooms are great and clean. Bed very comfy, bathroom spacious and clean and same the kitchen. But there was few thing not that great : we have been there a week -every day was the same breakfast, breakfast eating area is very nice with many different options to sit, but since hotel is pet friendly - dogs were just doing their business just in front of the window -not the greatest view. Hotel has nice pools (just the water was too cold to get in ) and a splash zone -that was my fave part. Parking was very convenient too. Hotel can do a complimentary grocery shopping - that was a great option too, and sometimes they have free tickets for shows in area. And it’s little too far from downtown . Overall it’s a great place to stay.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5 star rating but the animal smell and dander became a distraction. The room was really clean and the breakfast was great. Luckily they changed the carpet in the room for us. I would recommend giving designated floors to pet owners. Everyone doesn't want to smell or hear dogs on their vacation.

Did not like the maid service or lack thereof due to our stay of only 5 days they only provide fresh towels every other day no cleaning no sheet change etc. Room decor very warn finish was off of kitchen cabinet and drawer pulls, stainless rough, mirror smeary, inside drawers for clothing needed wiped out, kitchen table stained, paint chipping off walls in bathroom

Birthday trip and to visit family. Great hotel, Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty tasty too! Everything was clean and looked brand new. Only thing I would change is to have wider turning in the parking deck or change entrance/exit to different parts of the deck. Parking for full size pickup trucks is challenging.

Wonderful beach getaway
Excellent stay!!! The beach was beautiful, the room was great, we had the king balcony with kitchen, had everything we needed. Keep in mind this is not a full service hotel so you will choose between no service and service every other day which is a light room refresh (no linen changes, however you can request fresh linens and change your bedding as you chose), you can also request fresh towels as needed. Breakfast was good as well as convenient. Location was perfect, close to everything, shopping, grocery stores, boardwalk, cute downtown district. Will definitely be returning!!
