Poor service in every department, Im a Marriott employee and I expected much better. I stayed at the property 2 years ago and did enjoy it then, that’s why I decided to come back knowing what the brand standards are, but my experience this time was poor.

Besides two rude front desk workers all the staff were amazing. Easy to access everything minus some congested elevators at times. Breakfast was outstanding. Very very clean

The bedsheets were dirty. There was pop corn, sand, and hair in the bed and shower. The room was obviously not cleaned. The hotel is an extended stay hotel which means they don’t change the sheets when they do a room refresh. But apparently they don’t even change the sheets between people??!! Their gluten free option was a blueberry muffin and that’s it. Will never stay here again
