As you enter, you'll find a utility closet to the left for your convenience. Straight ahead, the cozy living room welcomes you with a full-size pull-out sofa, seating for five, a 55” Samsung Smart TV, and an end table—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are two bar stools situated at the kitchen counter.

To the right, there’s a full bath with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. The nearby bedroom features two full beds, a ceiling fan, a closet, and plenty of space to unwind.

To the right of the living room, step onto the balcony and enjoy the refreshing ocean view from two Adirondack chairs—ideal for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. To the left, the dining area seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and even a small laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.

Beyond the living area, the master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, ceiling fan, 32” TCL Smart TV, a closet, and an en-suite bath with a shower, sink, and toilet.

With an ocean view from the balcony and all the comforts of home, this is the perfect spot for your beach getaway!

We are close to Apache Pier with a restaurant, arcade and a great pier, Groupers, Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Arcadian Shores Golf Club and Dunes Golf and Beach Club.

Tanger Outlet Mall is a short drive away.

There is a bin on deck has lawn chairs, buggy and umbrella, you are free to use, but please return for next guests.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

There are two parking passes, that must be put on your vehicle. There is a sharpie there to label them with your information. $100.00 fine if parking pass is not there for next guest.

- No Golfcarts
- No Soliciting
- No Clothing Linens Or Towels Hung From Balconies
- No Commercial Vehicles, Campers, Trailers, Motorcycles/Mopeds, Watercraft, RV's. Or Skateboards
- No Trespassing
- No Smoking (If there are signs of smoking on the property, $100.00 fine will be assessed.)

All Vehicles Must Be Property Licensed And Display the Required Parking Pass

Violators Will Be Towed And/Or Prosecuted
