We booked it last minute, in Europe usually you cannot check in after 8pm so having a 24 hour front desk for travelers is a huge bonus. We just parked on the street but I believe they’re have a garage as well. Also enjoyed check out at noon

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mio marito per quasi una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. A due passi dal mercatino natalizio della città e ad una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione, cosa per noi fondamentale perché lo scopo del viaggio era vedere i mercatini natalizi dell'Alsazia. Hôtel rénové récemment excellent
L'hôtel a été rénové récemment et cela fait la différence. Il vaut mieux un hôtel 3 étoiles rénové plutôt qu'un 4 étoiles vétustes. Le lit est très confortable et les chambres propres. Le petit déjeuner est top avec des produits locaux et des viennoiseries de boulangerie. Ce ne sont pas des viennoiseries industrielles congelées. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans les chambres de luxe, j'aurais accepté de payer plus cher pour une chambre avec frigo.
