Our stay at Clare
We booked to go to an event in Mount Pleasant. The hotels there were overpriced. This hotel in Clare was a short drive to the University and we were very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. Will definitely book for future trips.😊👍

My son is huge on pools, if it's cold I refuse to get in, this pool was comfortable and warm! Hot tub was working and felt even better!

I thought the limited staff did an excellent job and the continental breakfast was very well supplied. The maid service and front desk staff are top notch. The management company needs to do better at staffing the facility and taking care of the employees.

it was a good stay. I was unhappy at the information that we had a family situation that hindered our original arrival time for friday night, we were going to not check in friday due to this, but were infromed that due to 3rd party booking, they could not make note and we could potentually loose our Saturday night reservation if we did not check in Friday - and although we had the rooms confirmed and. paid for (which I understood there was no money to refund), but told there would be a $50 charge if we tried to check in early Saturday - on a room we already were paying for. On that note, i was a bit upset because we were forced to drive on exhaustion to get there so we didn't loose our reservations. The fridge in our room wasn't very cold, to which I told the young lady today, when I checked out - she said people prior had said the same, but it hadn't been take care of. Other than that, it was good.

Pool was filthy, 3 ft 6in deep and couldnt see the pool drain, also got a notice under door on no smoking cause someone smelled something, and i was at a wedding all day and got back to hotel at 11pm. On top of the fact i dont even smoke
