The amazing front desk Management and Clerks are the best of this hotel. Hall carpeting could be replaced but it is in walking distance of everything. Across the street from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. The Restaurant has the best Belgium Waffles you will ever eat

location is the best hotel is just breathtaking but needs some updates its looking a bit past and worn just a little especially tv s need to be updated and towels are not great but this hotel is a gem for philly

The property is in a great location, and the hotel is excellent. However, although they mentioned chat you have a minibar in the room, it is not true. No minibar in the room. On Sunday the bar closes very early and do does the restaurant. We arrived at 9:00 pm and everything’s was closed, few choices to eat around on Sunday night.

Always a beautiful romantic stay at this hotel. We love how close it is to really great restaurants and how attentive, friendly and helpful the staff is. All the concierge staff is always willing to make your stay the most comfortable and special it can be. We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and everything was perfect. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the view was spectacular. Will only stay here when visiting Philadelphia!!

Great location. Only complaint would be this is the first hotel I have stayed at that does NOT have coffee tea pot in the room. They offer coffee and tea in the lobby.

Staff was great. Room was nice but needs more ventilation. Every shower steamed up the entire room. The rooftop terrace is a joke though. It has nothing to do with the hotel. They wanted a $40 door charge and it fills the elevators full of random people as you're trying to get to your room
