It was fine

The room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. The sign says there is a "pool and spa" but there is no spa. Smallish indoor pool. Gym is small but servicable. Hotel was okay but considering the price I would expect better.

Overall a pretty nice hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay here and the lobby smells good right when we walked in. I do wish the hallways weren’t as long (especially when carrying heavy bags) would be nice if there was an elevator in the middle of the hallway

Our stay was great, we only stayed one night for my daughter’s 10th birthday. She had 4 of her friends with her, we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves. The suite was clean and spacious, it was perfect for my daughter’s slumber party. I have no complaints I will be booking here again.

When I booked I entered 5 people-3 adults and two teenage children. This filter offered a suite which I booked. We arrived to find one king size bed and a pull out couch for one adult. The hotel told us there was nothing else available (even though they were clearly not full based on the available parking spots). It seems as though they were not flexible because we booked through Expedia. I will not use Expedia again after this experience .

Trip to Philly, staying in New Jersey.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were nice and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Mt. Laurel. Our room was not ready so we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. When we did check in, I had to put $100 on my card for incidentals. I thought that was a bit much. Most hotels charge $50 or under. At 1:30 in the morning I heard noise. Kids were playing basketball outside on the court. Ugh. We were in town for a concert in Philly and it was a good location with many stores, malls and restaurants around.

Although we only stayed one night (while attending a wedding nearby), however, our experience was absolutely great. Kamisha, the front desk lady, was very friendly, pleasant, courteous and very helpful. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste, she not only gave us what we needed but also reminded that the toothpaste sachet may not have enough, and so offered more. We stayed at other hotels (competitors to the Hilton umbrella) and they charged us for every little itty-bitty thing that we forgot to take with us. I guess that's the Hilton difference! I told Kamisha that we are now switching our stays to the Hilton family. Very clean property, inside out. Our room with a kitchen was huge, and the bathroom was twice as large as any other hotels that we have ever stayed at. My wife LOVED the shower. Amenities were top notch, full bottles, fresh towels and many. Our son chose to sleep on the pull out sofabed adjacent to the dining area. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Breakfast options was very good as well. This is definitely going to be our go-to hotel chain from now on. Very, very good experience we had....5 stars easily.

Single mother traveling with 2 kids. I loved the hotel. Clean, a lot of other families, quiet, safe. The hot breakfast was great (only con was there was only 1 waffle maker. It took about 30 minutes to make waffles). Highly recommend adding another waffle maker. Great location near shopping center and fast food restaurants. I booked for an overnight stay and if in the area again, I will definitely book.
